Booking
WhatsApp us to book. We reply from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, though replies can be slower when we're busy.
No, you don't need a deposit to book.
Sometimes. WhatsApp us before 10am and we'll check for a same-day slot, depending on your area and our crew schedule.
Yes, by arrangement. WhatsApp us the date you want and we'll confirm whether we can do it.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 1 day before your appointment. WhatsApp us as early as you can.

Yes. Orders of RM250 and above get 5% off, and RM400 and above get 7% off. For transport rules, see the pricing page.
Yes. Say "FIRST BEE" when you WhatsApp us for 10% off your first order of RM150 or more.
Our team checks the item or area on arrival. If extra work is needed, we'll tell you the cost first and won't do or charge for it without your OK. If you don't want the extra work, we'll keep the original quoted price and scope.
We accept cash, QR payment, online banking transfer and cheque.
Yes, we can issue an invoice and receipt in your company's name, including an e-invoice.
On the day
Yes, someone needs to be home for the whole clean.
Yes, our team needs a power point and a water tap.
Item cleaning usually takes a few hours, but the time depends on the job. For bigger jobs such as post-renovation, move in/out and floor cleaning, we give a time estimate with the quote. See our service list for details.

Tell us within 24 hours of the clean. For valid issues, we'll re-clean the affected area free of charge, but a re-clean can't guarantee that every stain, smell or permanent mark will come out.

What we don't do
We don't do regular or general house cleaning, or exterior car washes. We do post-renovation cleaning, move in/out cleaning and recurring commercial cleaning.
Areas we cover
We cover Georgetown, Pulau Tikus, Tanjung Tokong, Tanjung Bungah, Batu Ferringhi, Jelutong, Air Itam, Gelugor, Bayan Lepas, Bayan Baru, Sungai Ara, Batu Maung, Teluk Kumbar and Balik Pulau, and the rest of the island. Travel charges or minimum orders may differ by area, so WhatsApp us to check the charges for your area.
Yes. We cover Butterworth, Bagan Ajam, Perai, Seberang Jaya, Bukit Mertajam, Alma, Simpang Ampat, Kepala Batas, Bertam, Batu Kawan, Nibong Tebal, Sungai Jawi and Sungai Bakap, and the rest of Seberang Perai. Travel charges or minimum orders may differ by area, so WhatsApp us to check the charges for your area.
We do home floor cleaning in Kedah (Sungai Petani, Alor Setar, Kulim), Perak (Ipoh, Taiping, Sitiawan, Lumut) and Perlis (Kangar, Arau, Kuala Perlis), plus commercial floor polishing in Kedah, Perak and Perlis. We also do office carpet and chair cleaning in Kulim, including Kulim Hi-Tech Park. In Perak and Perlis, Yellowbee's own local technicians do the work at the same rates as Penang, with no travel charge. These are the only services we offer outside Penang.
