We check the floor type, existing coatings, worn areas and building access. We then recommend the work, sequence and schedule. If old wax or coating needs to be removed, we include it separately in the quote.
Clean & Prepare the Floor
We clean the floor with a rotary machine or auto-scrubber, depending on the surface and size of the area. Old wax or coating may need to be removed before scrubbing or polishing begins.
Polish, Restore or Seal
Once the floor is prepared, we carry out the agreed treatment. This may be polishing, crystallisation, diamond polishing, burnishing or sealing. Not every method is suitable for every floor.

Includes grout cleaning
Jobs under 500 sq ft are billed at the 500 sq ft rate. Grout cleaning is included with Scrub Cleaning. Wax, gum, sealer and coating stripping are not included with Polishing. Final total confirmed after a free site visit.
Yellowbee checks the floor type, condition and proposed method before work starts. We remain responsible for the quotation, the completed work and any follow-up.
