What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?+
You can cancel or reschedule up to 1 day before your appointment. WhatsApp us as early as you can so we can adjust the schedule.
Can the price change once your technician arrives?+
Our technician checks the item or area directly on arrival. If they find a deeper problem than what was quoted, they'll tell you the extra cost to fix it before doing any extra work — you're never charged automatically. If you'd rather not proceed with the extra work, we'll continue at the originally quoted price and scope.
