Pricing Questions
How is the price calculated?+
By floor area. Units up to 500 sqft start from RM 700; bigger properties are charged at RM1.40, RM1.20 or RM1.00 per sqft depending on size. Heavy cement, paint or silicone residue can raise the quote. We confirm the price after photos or a free site visit, and once agreed it stays fixed even if the job runs longer. No transport charge anywhere in Penang.
What exactly is included in post renovation cleaning?+
Full property top-to-bottom: ceiling fans and fixtures, walls, window frames (inside), kitchen cabinets (inside and out), all bathrooms, floors and balcony. We remove cement dust, paint splatters, silicone residue and tile grout haze, and every floor is machine-scrubbed. Loose renovation debris is bagged for you or your contractor to dispose of.
Do you clean exterior or high-access windows?+
Our service covers interior surfaces only, including the inside of window frames. Exterior or high-access glass cleaning and aircon servicing aren't part of the standard service — let us know if you need them and we can advise.
