Who we are

Yellowbee Cleaning has provided on-site cleaning services in Penang since 2022. Based in Balik Pulau, we serve customers across the island and mainland—from Georgetown and Bayan Lepas to Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam and Seberang Jaya.

Yellowbee Cleaning is the trading name of Qisyaqisya Service (LA0044179-D), a registered Malaysian business.

Our work includes water extraction for carpets and upholstery, mattress cleaning, material-appropriate treatment for leather and delicate fabrics, and scrubbing, stripping, sealing and polishing for hard floors.

We offer services for homes and commercial premises, including offices, hotels and serviced apartments, mosques and surau, restaurants and cafes, schools and government premises.

Our aim is simple: to become the deep-cleaning service Penang homes and businesses trust for the next job.

What you can expect

• Pricing confirmed before work begins. We discuss any change in scope or price with you before proceeding.

• A method suited to the material. The process and cleaning products are selected according to the surface, condition and job requirements.

• Product information where required. Relevant product details can be provided for premises with specific requirements.

• A qualified re-clean policy. Report remaining odour, dirt or an area we missed within 24 hours. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, re-clean the affected area without an additional cleaning charge. Permanent marks may not be fully removable.

Where low-moisture carpet cleaning is suitable, drying commonly takes around two to four hours. Actual drying time depends on the carpet, ventilation and site conditions.

Yellowbee offers one-off and recurring commercial cleaning across Penang. For larger or access-dependent jobs, we may arrange a free site visit before issuing the final quotation.
