We're a Penang cleaning company based in Balik Pulau, serving homes and businesses across the island and Seberang Perai since 2022. We have four openings right now. Each page spells out the pay, the hours and the actual work. No experience needed for the roles that come with training.

Cleaning Technician
RM1,700 – RM2,100 / month · Full-time or part-time
Travel with the Yellowbee crew to customers' homes and business premises across Penang and deep-clean carpets, sofas, mattresses, car seats, curtains and floors using vacuums and water-extraction machines. Active, hands-on work with training provided.

Help turn enquiries into booked jobs. You'll follow up leads from WhatsApp, calls and quote requests, prepare quotations, join site visits for commercial and larger jobs, and keep the sales pipeline moving for Yellowbee across Penang.

Keep the office running. You'll answer customer messages and calls, schedule jobs for the cleaning crews, prepare invoices and simple records, order supplies, and keep everything organised so the field team can focus on the work.

RM2,000 – RM3,000 / month · Full-time or part-time
Be the face of Yellowbee online — plan and film short-form video about the cleaning work, then host live sessions on TikTok and Instagram for Yellowbee's services and The Hive, our product shop. This role mixes making content, presenting to camera and selling live.

All the roles are based at the Yellowbee office in Balik Pulau, Penang. For the technician and sales roles you'll also travel to customer sites around the island and Seberang Perai.
