Strip & Deep Scrub
Old wax and coatings are chemically stripped, then the floor is deep-scrubbed with an industrial rotary machine to remove embedded dirt.
Polish & Protect
Professional-grade polish is applied in thin, even coats and buffed to a high shine. A protective sealant is applied last for durability.

Jobs under 500 sq ft are billed at the 500 sq ft rate. Grout cleaning is included with Scrub Cleaning. Wax, gum, sealer and coating stripping are not included with Polishing. Final total confirmed after a free site visit.

Report an issue within 24 hours — we'll review it and re-clean the area, free.
Re-clean Policy
Tell us within 24 hours if there is remaining odour, dirt or an area we missed. We will review the complaint and, where appropriate, re-clean the affected area with no extra cleaning charge. Permanent marks may still not be fully removable.
