I had my fabric sofa cleaned. Staff are very good, punctual, polite, explain process clearly. Overall excellent service.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review, Raji! We're glad our team could deliver a thorough and professional fabric sofa cleaning service for you at a reasonable price. Punctuality, clear communication, and transparency are always our top priorities. If your sofa, mattress, or carpets ever need another deep clean, feel free to reach out to Yellowbee Cleaning anytime!

Highly recommended! The team did a very thorough cleaning job. Even though they said not all stains could be removed, they managed to clean almost everything, leaving only a barely noticeable yellow mark at no extra cost. The bed and sofa were cleaned very well and smelled fresh afterward, feeling almost brand new. They were punctual, professional, polite, and completed the work on time.

Thank you, Senna! We're glad your mattress and sofa came out clean and smelling fresh. Old yellow marks often sit deep in the fabric, so our team tells customers before starting which stains may not come out fully. Good to hear only a faint mark was left. We'll let the team know you appreciated them arriving on time.

I engaged Yellow Bee for sofa cleaning, and I’m really happy with their service! The staff were professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining the cleaning process and procedures. Overall, it was a great experience!

ank you, Dhivyaa! Our team explains the process before every sofa cleaning so you know what to expect, and we're happy that helped. If your sofa needs another clean, just WhatsApp us anytime.

Very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. My queries answered and service provided quality work. My sofa now looks new again. Thank you.

Thank you, Mary. It's lovely to hear your sofa looks new again and that your questions were answered before we started. We'll share your kind words with the team. If you need us again anywhere in Penang, just drop us a WhatsApp.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review and recommendation, Komathi! We're delighted to hear that you loved the results on your sofa deep cleaning and that our staff took great care of your home. Enjoy your fresh and spotless couch, and feel free to reach out anytime! 🛋️️✨🐝

We are happy with the sofa cleaning services. The workers are friendly and efficient in their work. We arranged for 2+3 seaters sofa cleaning and they came on time and completed the job within 2hours. The sofa took a bit longer time to fully dry (20hours) from the complete of the sofa cleaning process. Overall we are satisfied with their cleaning services and the 2 male workers are friendly and also explained to us some of the cleaning job process. We will engage them again when we needed the service! TQ Yellow Bee. And thank you to Khairol and Alif for the great job! You can request for both of them if you need sofa cleaning. 👍🏻

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review and glowing recommendation, Crristinna! 💛🐝 We’re thrilled to hear that Khairol and Alif provided excellent service, arrived on time, and took the time to explain our deep cleaning process. We will definitely pass along your special shout-out to both of them—they will be so happy to hear it! Thank you also for noting the drying time! Because our deep extraction process goes deep into the sofa padding to remove hidden dust mites, allergens, and embedded dirt, full drying usually takes around 18 to 24 hours depending on room ventilation and humidity (keeping ceiling fans on can help speed this up!). We truly appreciate your patience while it dried completely. Thank you again for choosing Yellow Bee Cleaning. We look forward to serving you again next time! 🛋️✨

We will use their services again to clean carpets once our household arrives. Yellow Bee provides fantastic service and great communication. I fully recommend to use their services for move-in, move-out cleaning and other services. 5 Stars from us.

Hi Dayana! Thank you so much for trusting us. Glad we can help you with the cleaning.

They come to wash the mattress but the stain don't really remove.

Hi Sumunavathy, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for choosing Yellowbee. We're sorry to hear the stain wasn't fully removed. Some stains, especially ones that have set into the fabric over a long period, can penetrate deep into the fibers and aren't always 100% liftable even with professional treatment. This is a limitation of the material itself rather than the cleaning process. That said, we'd genuinely like the chance to take another look and see if a follow-up treatment can help further. Please WhatsApp us, so our team can make this right for you. Thank you for supporting Yellowbee!

The team is on time and provide great service. The result was outstanding. There’s huge difference before and after cleaning. Wore gloves the entire cleaning process. Highly recommended. Would definitely repeat their service

He rescheduled the appointment for me. Overall the service is good. Hi Syahirah Mutalib. We’re so grateful for your 5-star review. We strive to offer the best experience possible, and your review tells us that we’re on the right path.

We recently moved to Penang and rented an apartment. Although the apartment was relatively clean, the previous tenants had pets, such as dogs and cats. Since I’m extremely allergic to cats, we used Yellow Bee cleaning service to deep clean mattresses, sofas and hard wood floors. We are extremely happy with their services. The experience staff took tremendous care and knowledgeable methods to ensure clean and remove any pet odours. The staff were hard working, kind, understanding and methodical in their job. We will use their services again to clean carpets once our household arrives. Yellow Bee provides fantastic service and great communication. I fully recommend to use their services for move-in, move-out cleaning and other services. 5 Stars from us.

Hi Arlegria, welcome to Penang! We're so glad we could help make your new apartment safe and fresh for you. Dealing with cat allergies can be a real challenge, so we're thrilled our deep cleaning service for your mattresses, sofas, and hard wood floors hit the mark!At Yellow Bee Cleaning, we specialize in pet stain and odour removal using professional methods that actually eliminate dander and allergens—not just move them around. We love that our team’s 'methodical' approach and great communication stood out to you. Whether it’s move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, or getting those carpets deep-cleaned once your household arrives, we’re always ready to help. See you again soon for that carpet refresh! 🐝✨

I'm located in Farlim Air Itam, I used their service for like 2 times ( sofa, curtain and mattress cleaning) They are professional, kind and very friendly! When I have difficulties rescheduling the time last minute they told me it's fine and help me reschedule due to my moving process. They also did a great job by cleaning all the things I want, highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! The team at Yellowbee Cleaning is thrilled to hear that you had such a great experience with our sofa, curtain, and mattress cleaning services in Farlim Air Itam. We completely understand how hectic the moving process can be, so we always try our best to stay flexible with last-minute rescheduling to keep things stress-free for our clients. It is fantastic to know our team's professionalism and friendly service stood out to you, and that we successfully handled your pet stain and odour removal needs! Your high recommendation means the world to our professional cleaning team. Enjoy your fresh, clean home, and we look forward to helping you again whenever you need expert deep cleaning services! Hi Shan! Thank you so much for trusting us. Glad we can help you with the cleaning.

I was offered an appointment at 2.30pm but technician called about one hour before and rescheduled the time. Rescheduled to 3/4pm but technician then told office that customers had other plans. Very bad communication. Offered to rescheduled but not interested. You clearly have communication issues with your staff. Customers should only communicate with one person. Technician never picked up call when contacted. Waited for half a day and your staff did not come. Very disappointing. Hope other customers won’t have the same experience

Minta maaf sekali lagi.
